Using Customer Codes: (this is very handy for deer season)

Click on go to customer codes. (Located on the main menu, near the bottom of the screen.)

Next click manage codes (you won’t have to do this every time, just when you add a new code type).

This screen will come up. Fill in the code box and description box; click (at the top of the window) add new. Your entry will show in the grid.

Click done.
Your code will show in the drop down box, click the blue arrow to move the code into the box on the right hand side. Click done.
Your code has now been tied to that customer. After doing this with several customers take a look at the report you can create. (see example below)


Select the code you want to print and then click print selected list.

You get a report that will print on mailing address labels.
