Setting up Customer Cut Preferences:

Click a customer in the list so the person’s name becomes red.

Click go to cutting preferences on the lower left hand side of the screen.

Click in the drop down box (top of the screen) and select the animal you would like to make a cutting preference for.

Click in the drop down box to select a section, and then do the same to select a cut. (directly below select section) If the customer usually likes a certain number of pounds or a certain thickness enter the information in the below boxes; then click the add new button.

If you would like to update a cut, select the cut in the grid and you notice that the boxes below the grid fill in. Make your changes and then click update. To delete a cut select the cut in the grid and press the delete button on bottom of the screen.

When you’ve added all the customer’s cuts click done and return to the main menu.

To use the cutting preference you just setup select the customer and then click new processing order. (See below picture)

Select the animal and head then use customer’s cutting instruction. Click finish. (See below picture)

When you click on the cutting instruction tab you will see the cutting preference you created has been pulled into this order. (See below picture)
